1. Who we are

Vexxo (hereinafter "the app", "we") is a mobile application for managing personal and professional vehicles and valuables.

2. What data we collect

Account data

  • Email address
  • Full name (optional)
  • Preferred language

Your vehicle data

  • Make, model, number plate, VIN, year, colour
  • ITV, insurance and servicing dates
  • Photos of the vehicles that you upload
  • Official documents (PDF or images) that you upload
  • Mileage and service history

Your valuables data

  • Category, make, model, serial number or IMEI, colour and location
  • Date, price and place of purchase
  • Warranty dates
  • Photos of the items that you upload
  • Receipts, invoices and other documents (PDF or images) that you upload

Technical data

  • Internal device ID (for push notifications)
  • System language

3. What we use it for

  • Running the app: storing your vehicle and valuables data so you can consult it from any device.
  • Notifications: warning you about ITV and insurance renewals, upcoming servicing and warranty expiry.
  • Professional mode: allowing professionals (garages, agencies) to add entries to your vehicles, always with your authorisation.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Where it is stored

Your data is stored on the servers of Supabase Inc. (infrastructure provider), located in the European Union (Ireland or Frankfurt). Photos and documents are stored in Supabase Storage, also in the EU.

All communication between your app and our servers is encrypted with TLS.

5. Who has access

  • You, from any device where you sign in with your credentials.
  • Professionals you have explicitly authorised for each vehicle (request + acceptance). You can revoke access at any time.
  • Authorised Vexxo staff, only for technical maintenance tasks (we do not commercialise the data).
  • No data is shared with third parties other than Supabase (infrastructure provider).

6. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data (vehicles, valuables, photos, documents, service entries) is permanently deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

  • Access: see all the data we hold about you (all of it is available in the app).
  • Rectification: change it at any time.
  • Erasure: delete your account and all associated data.
  • Portability: request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to the processing.

8. App permissions

  • Photo library: to upload images of your vehicles and valuables. Only the images you choose are sent to the server.
  • Camera: to take photos of your vehicles and valuables directly (only if you have enabled it).
  • Push notifications: to warn you about renewals.
  • Files: to upload official vehicle documents and purchase receipts for your valuables.

You can revoke these permissions at any time from your system settings.

9. Minors

Vexxo is intended for people aged 16 and over.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and/or inside the app.
